Your Picnic
Once we agree upon the details for your picnic, I will send you an invoice and contract via email, and a receipt for your payment once it is received. You will get another email from me a couple days prior to your picnic to confirm all details. On the day of your picnic, I travel to your desired destination/local park. Please provide me with the best number to reach you during the booking process and have your phone readily available so that you can easily find your picnic and kick things off on time.
Upon booking, you must agree to exercise caution in caring for, and preserving the property of You and Yours Picnics. You agree to be at the agreed upon location at the time identified in your reservation. If you wish to leave early from the from the time window you reserved, you must let me know immediately so I can retrieve all items. I will be at the agreed upon location right after the reservation time window to retrieve all items.
Payment
Your payment and a signed contract must be received prior to any services provided by You and Yours Picnics. Your picnic package includes all services and add-ons described in your invoice. Any additional add-ons requested after the invoice is paid will be billed to you at cost and must be paid for before your picnic. All services contracted cannot be deducted, but additional services can be added.
Your invoice and picnic agreement is valid for 5 days after it is sent. The agreement must be signed and returned within 5 days with a $100 deposit or I cannot guarantee your preferred date and it will remain available. The remainder of your payment will be due at least 48 hours before your reserved picnic date.
For your convenience, I will send you an invoice with your agreed upon total, which you can pay securely online.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any cancellations must be made in writing via youandyourspicnics.cbus@gmail.com with 72 hours notice.
Cancellations with 7 days notice will be available for rescheduling at no-charge, but no refunds will be made.
Day-of cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
If your scheduled picnic is cancelled with 7 days notice (or more) or due to bad weather - you have 3 months from your original picnic date to reschedule.
All bookings are non refundable but I understand that life happens. Please notify me 7 days prior to your booking date to reschedule up to 3 months in advance. If you do not notify me to reschedule and miss your picnic, Iwill take that as a no show and will not provide a rescheduling opportunity.
Like life, weather happens too! Rescheduling will be allowed for inclement weather conditions. If the forecast predicts rain or extreme winds for the day of your event, then I will give you the opportunity to reschedule the picnic to a future available date (within 3 months of original date) or your choice or move to an approved indoor location.
Park Rules/Alcohol
Start times for picnics will vary based on sunset times and park rules, as most parks close at dark.
You & Yours Picnics is only responsible for services completed and provided by our company and cannot be held liable for the services of other vendors. You & Yours Picnics does not have a license to serve alcohol. If you choose to bring your own food, alcohol, or other items, you agree that You & Yours Picnics holds no liability for these items.
